Here at Kicks Collective the goal is, has and will always be to provide you with a trusted place to buy the newest Kicks you want, at fair prices with the most legendary service. Whether you are ordering from us in person or via online and need the item shipped to you, we guarantee you’ll love our service. Outlined below are some key topics that we have a few policies for.

ABOUT ME

I (Cole) have been in this business since 2017, starting under another name, 'Prev.Plug'. Under this name I managed to net over a Quarter of a Million dollars in revenue a little under 3 years starting at the age of 16. Since then I have still be in the Sneaker Business learning and unknowingly getting to grow my personal brand connecting with every single person who follows me on any of my social medias. I have built a LOT of relationships with my supporters, who I am so grateful for. Now, under 'Kicks Collective LLC', I will be creating the best sneaker store the East Coast United States has ever seen, all with the best people. ONLINE ORDERS

EVERY SINGLE SHIPPING ORDER receives the same/next business processing time (unless stated otherwise) as well as the TOP OF THE LINE packaging. Your order comes gift wrapped, properly secured with packing paper and a fresh box from Kicks Collective. 

IN PERSON ORDERS / DELIVERY

If you’re shopping with us in person sometimes you may need to clear out a 30 minute block just for conversation, this is my passion so when I get to talking we can really kill some time. My goal is to serve you and make sure you’re always leaving with a smile knowing you got what you actually wanted for a good price. Cash orders are accepted as long as we are doing a public meetup at my location. ALL delivery orders require a FULL PAYMENT PRIOR to delivering. Please understand that this is strictly for our safety, making sure all orders are accounted for when we offer same day delivery.

OUR GOAL

Our long term goal is to be here in 20 years, to do that we build long term relationships. That’s why our prices are so fair, we know the consistency of other stores overcharging “just because” but they’re not here to be standing in 5, 10, 20 years, they want to make as much money as fast as possible. If you shop with us once we’re very confident you’ll be shopping with us again because we like to create a relationship with you.

 
SELLING TO ME

When we purchase shoes, everything must be 100% authentic (and will be legit checked at the time of purchase). If you need to ship us something for us to buy or a trade, all payment / our end of the trade will be paid/shipped out after we receive the items from you and confirm the authenticity of the product. This is a non-negotiable. 

SOURCING

If you need us to source in a shoe for you simply fill out the sourcing form attached in our menu and we will contact you after finding the item. In order to get them in a 20% deposit will need to be paid prior, the rest upon pickup or us shipping it out to you. This is to ensure our time and money is being properly accounted for. We sadly have had multiple occurrences where we get in a sourced product and the customer was no where to be found when it came time to pay. We do this to make sure both parties are serious about the order.
